These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 4 Editz platform, including the website, the mobile app, the sportsbook, the game lobby, fish games and all other features and services offered under the 4 Editz brand. These terms apply to all users who access or interact with 4 Editz in any way. Please read them in full before registering an account or making any use of the platform.

By registering on 4 Editz, logging in, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the 4 Editz platform.

01 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the 4 Editz platform is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 4 Editz. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these terms will be treated as acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms apply alongside any additional rules, policies or guidelines published on the 4 Editz platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy and any promotion-specific terms. Where there is a conflict between these terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence for that promotion only.

• You must agree to these terms before using any part of the 4 Editz platform.
• Acceptance applies to the website, mobile app and all associated services.
• These terms are updated periodically — the date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
• Using the platform after an update is posted means you accept the updated terms.

02 Eligibility

The 4 Editz platform is intended strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any part of the platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that online gaming is not prohibited under any law applicable to you in your location.

4 Editz reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. If you cannot confirm your age when requested, your account may be suspended and any funds held pending verification. We do not apologise for this — it is a firm commitment to keeping the platform restricted to adults.

• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must be registering on your own behalf — creating accounts on behalf of others is not permitted.
• Employees, contractors or associates of 4 Editz and its affiliates are not eligible to participate as players.
• Age verification may be requested at registration, at withdrawal or at any other time.

03 Account Registration

To use the 4 Editz platform you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. If we identify that a player holds more than one account, both or all accounts may be suspended and any associated funds may be forfeited pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. 4 Editz may request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any point — this is standard practice and is done to protect all players on the platform. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure.

• One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Do not share your account password with anyone, including friends or family.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Account usernames that are offensive, impersonating or misleading may be changed or suspended by 4 Editz without notice.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, including bets placed and withdrawals requested.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 4 Editz platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits are generally credited to your 4 Editz account balance immediately or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• Withdrawal requests may require identity verification before processing, particularly for first withdrawals or large amounts.
• 4 Editz does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
• Funds deposited must be used for gaming activity and cannot be deposited and immediately withdrawn without any wagering activity.
• 4 Editz reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending investigation into suspicious account activity.
• Deposits and withdrawals using third-party accounts not registered in your name are strictly prohibited.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 4 Editz sportsbook are subject to the specific rules of the sport or event being bet on, as well as these general platform terms. By placing a bet, you accept the odds displayed at the time of bet placement as the final agreed odds for that bet.

Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and all other sports covered on 4 Editz operate under standard industry betting rules. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds and availability. 4 Editz reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point during an event.

• Bets are binding once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or voided, bets will be settled according to 4 Editz settlement rules for that sport.
• Where a technical error results in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, 4 Editz reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are visible in your account and may vary by VIP level.
• Minimum bet amounts apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Bets placed on PSL and other cricket events are subject to the specific PSL betting rules published on the platform.
• Accumulator bets are available on applicable markets. Standard accumulator rules apply.
• 4 Editz reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any account at its discretion, particularly where patterns of behaviour suggest abuse of the platform.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

4 Editz offers various promotions and bonuses to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. In addition, the following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on the 4 Editz platform.

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another account.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement will be stated with each offer.
• 4 Editz reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or amend its terms at any time prior to the bonus being credited.
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method constitutes abuse and may result in all bonuses being voided and the account suspended.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your balance until wagering requirements are met.
• A player who requests a withdrawal before fulfilling a bonus's wagering requirement will have the bonus and associated pending winnings forfeited.
• 4 Editz may impose maximum withdrawal limits on winnings generated primarily from bonus funds.
• VIP promotions are subject to additional conditions outlined in the VIP programme terms.

07 Player Conduct

All players on 4 Editz are expected to use the platform honestly and in good faith. The following types of conduct are prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent ban or forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or using more than one account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or using insider information in relation to betting markets.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits.
• Any attempt to manipulate, exploit or circumvent platform features, promotions or payment systems.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing 4 Editz staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Providing false identity information or documentation during verification.

4 Editz reserves the right to investigate any account at any time and to take action — including suspension and fund forfeiture — where evidence of prohibited conduct is found. We cooperate with relevant authorities where required.

08 VIP Programme

The 4 Editz VIP programme rewards active players with enhanced benefits across multiple tiers. Participation in the VIP programme is subject to the following conditions in addition to these general terms:

• VIP status is earned through genuine wagering activity. Deposits that are not matched by betting activity do not contribute to VIP progression.
• 4 Editz reserves the right to adjust, suspend or discontinue the VIP programme at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• VIP benefits — including enhanced limits, priority withdrawals and exclusive promotions — are non-transferable and apply only to the account that earned them.
• VIP tier levels may be reviewed periodically. Players who have reduced activity levels over a defined period may be moved to a lower tier.
• Abuse of VIP benefits, including attempts to game the tier system through artificial wagering, will result in removal from the programme and possible account action.

09 Responsible Gaming

4 Editz is committed to providing a gaming environment that is entertaining and sustainable. We provide tools that allow players to manage their own activity, and we encourage all players to use them. Online gaming should always be treated as entertainment, with a clear budget and time limit in mind.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits directly in your account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased immediately — there is a cooling-off period before any increase takes effect.
• Session Reminders: You can set reminders that notify you of how long you have been active on the platform in a given session.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel you need a break from gaming, self-exclusion is available immediately from your account settings. Short breaks and extended exclusion periods are both available.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen notifications can be configured to remind you of your session duration and spending during active play.

11 Limitation of Liability

4 Editz provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain a reliable, fast and fair experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

• 4 Editz is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet outages or interruptions during live betting unless directly caused by a proven platform fault.
• We are not responsible for decisions you make regarding betting or gaming activity — all decisions are yours and are made at your own risk.
• 4 Editz is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
